NMS PAYMENT OPTIONS
This option permits New Music School, LLC. to securely store a checking account as your primary method of payment. If you choose this option, there will be no processing fees.
If you choose this option and at time of collection, your payment is rejected because of insufficient funds or the checking account is no longer in use, New Music School, LLC. will charge a $25 statement fee to cover the cost NMS endures. NMS will then take payment from the second form of payment on file.
Credit Card -
with Handling Fee
This option permits New Music School, LLC. to securely store with Quickbooks Merchant Center a Credit Card Account as your primary method of payment. If you choose this option, there will be a 4% handling fee on each payment made to New Music School, LLC.
If you choose this option and at time of collection, your payment is rejected because of insufficient funds or the credit card is no longer in use, New Music School, LLC. will provide 48 hours to correct the account information. If we do not hear from you, NMS will take payment from the second form of payment on file after 48 hours. In the event we are assessed a penalty because any method of payment fails, NMS will charge a $25 statement fee.

Q. I am an adult student. What happened to the A-la-carte option?
A. Adult students were formerly given an "a-la-carte" option for lessons. We have removed this option to streamline our enrollment. However, if you are taking lessons sparsely, just let us know in the enrollment form comment section, and we will bill you accordingly.
Q. What if I am taking a vacation and I plan to only be around for a certain number of lessons? Will I be billed for the time I miss?
A. As long as you have discussed any absences with your teacher, you will only be billed for the lessons you take. If you know you will only be taking a certain number of lessons in a semester, just let us know in the comments on the enrollment form, and we will bill you accordingly.
Q. What happens if I take fewer lessons in a semester than I paid for?
A. As long as any absences have been discussed with and approved by your teacher beforehand, we will credit your account for any lessons that you paid for but did not take. Likewise, if you took more lessons than you paid for, we will bill you at the end of the semester.
Q. How do you know how many lessons I have taken?
A. Every teacher is required to submit a monthly lessons report, and it is from this report that we know how many lessons you have had. If you would like to see the dates, please contact us after the second of each month. Faculty can report their hours up until midnight of the 1st of each month with their hours from the previous month.
Single Payment Students
Payments will be taken by the end of each term. Single payment students are managed after all Four-Payment students are invoiced and audited.
Four Payment Students
The first payment will be taken by the end of the first month the new semester begins.
Each subsequent payment will be charged on the 15th of each month.
1st Payment: By end of September
2nd Payment: October 15, 2017
3rd Payment: November 15, 2017
4th Payment: December 15, 2017
1st Payment: By end of January
2nd Payment: February 15, 2018
3rd Payment: March 15, 2018
4th Payment: April 15, 2018
