NMS PAYMENT OPTIONS

The New Music School year is broken into two 16-lesson semesters. Attendance is mandatory at all scheduled lessons. Regular lesson attendance is important to maintain the quality of your education. There are no refunds for missed lessons. 

Checking Account

This option permits New Music School, LLC. to securely store a checking account as your primary method of payment. If you choose this option, there will be no processing fees.

If, at time of collection, your payment is rejected because of insufficient funds or the checking account is no longer in use, New Music School, LLC. will charge a $25 statement fee to cover the cost NMS endures. NMS will then take payment from the second form of payment on file. 

Credit Card -
with Handling Fee

This option permits New Music School, LLC. to securely store a Credit Card on file as your primary method of payment. If you choose this option, there will be a 4% handling fee on each payment made to New Music School, LLC.

If, at time of collection, your payment is rejected because of insufficient funds or the credit card is no longer in use, New Music School, LLC. will provide 48 hours to correct the account information. If we do not hear from you, NMS will take payment from the second form of payment on file after 48 hours. In the event we are assessed a penalty because any method of payment fails, NMS will charge a $25 statement fee.

FAQ

Q. I am an adult student. Why don't you have a-la-carte lessons?

A. If you know you will take less than 16 lessons in a semester, tell us the number of lessons you will take, and we will adjust your tuition accordingly.

Q. How do you know how many lessons I have taken?

A. Every teacher is required to submit a monthly lessons report, and it is from this report that we know how many lessons you have had. If you would like to see the dates, please contact us after the second of each month. Faculty can report their hours up until midnight of the 1st of each month with their hours from the previous month.

 

Payment Terms

Single Payment Students

Payments will be taken in full on the 15th of the first month in the semester.

Four Payment Students

Your semester tuition will be divided into four equal payments which will be charged on the 15th of each month. 

Fall Schedule: 
1st Payment: September 15, 2018
2nd Payment: October 15, 2018
3rd Payment: November 15, 2018
4th Payment: December 15, 2018

Spring Schedule: 
1st Payment: January 15, 2019
2nd Payment: February 15, 2019
3rd Payment: March 15, 2019
4th Payment: April 15, 2019
